The Data Logger experiment on carbon dioxide

When we were doing the experiment,we were given a data logger,a leaf and a bottle. We first stick the leaf onto the inner side of the bottle. We then plug the gas sensor to the data logger.Secondly,1 person from our group blew Carbon dioxide into the bottle. Then we quickly placed the gas sensor into the bottle.Next we observed the graph on the data logger which was measuring the amount of carbon dioxide. At first, the amount of carbon dioxide increased because Shalini blow the carbon dioxide into the bottle. After awhile, the carbon dixide slowly decreased because photosynthesis took place.

  1. It is great to see that you are able to use the datalogger and apply it to what you have learnt. Indeed, carbon dioxide has decreased as photosynthesis has taken place.

    Well-done!
